has been completed within the Chicagoland Metropolitan Area plus properties in the States of Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa.

Mr. Bandemer received his Master' s Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine
University, Lisle, Illinois, in May, 1987. He is a graduate of the Lawrence Technological
University, Southfield, Michigan, receiving a Bachelor' s Degree in Business Administration in June, 1985.
