EXPERIENCE
Mr. Binder has been actively engaged in the real estate business in the Chicago Metropolitan area
since 1977. Active as full time real estate appraiser from 1977 to present and Founder of Binder
Realty Consultants, Inc., a real estate appraisal firm established in 1986. Binder Realty
Consultants, Inc. is a real estate organization specializing in consultation and appraisal
assignments on all types of non-residential properties. Work has been completed on all types of
properties within the Chicagoland Metropolitan area plus properties in the States of Indiana and
Wisconsin.
Active in the field of real estate since 1977, specializing in real estate appraisal and consulting.
Employment background includes experience with mortgage bankers, corporations, financial
institutions, and independent fee appraisers. Prior to the establishment of Binder Realty
Consultants, Inc., Mr. Binder was associated with two independent appraisal firms and a national
appraisal firm specializing in commercial consultation and valuation work.
